Orange Tritons can grow to 15 cm in length. They have a red-brown-coloured shell. Their shell has many bumps and ridges.

Orange Tritons live on sheltered reefs around southern Australia and Queensland in water up to 20 m deep.
Orange Tritons eat Cunjevoi. Orange Tritons poke their long mouthparts into an opening in the Cunjevoi's outer coat. They eat the insides of the Cunjevoi.
Birds, octopuses and crabs eat Orange Tritons.
