 Scientific Literacy - Rocks & Minerals
This resource focuses on rocks and minerals in the Planet of Minerals exhibition and the Albert Chapman Mineral Collection on Level 1 of the Museum. It will outline some strategies for teaching 'procedures', the text type used when making things or carrying out activities. Procedures are especially useful in a scientific context as they are the text type employed when carrying out and writing up experiments.
