Section Libraries
Each Section library has it's own location code, which appears on the catalogue entry, spine labels, stamps inside books and journals and on loan cards. For example:
The Research Library is responsible for all of the Section libraries.

Many of the books and journals in the the Research Library's collection are working tools for the staff of the Museum. Because of this, they are often located in Section libraries which are in separate parts of the building. If you plan to visit the Research Library to carry out extensive research, it is advisable to give the Research Library staff advance notice of your visit and area of interest
