Reference services

The Research Library provides a letter, fax, telephone, and e-mail reference service and the Library's reference desk is staffed during opening hours by professionally-trained staff who are available to help researchers make full use of the collections, associated finding aids and equipment.

Reference Collection

The Research Library holds a wide range of scientific and general reference books, and has a specialised collection of indexes and abstracts. Reference materials such as atlases, encyclopedias, dictionaries (many languages), style guides, year books, and much more can be found on the reference collection.
