The Effects of Freeze-drying on Photographic Emulsion
Two or three types of film were looked at under SEM in 3 different states:
- just wetting and air-drying
- wetting, freezing and defrosting
- wetting, freezing and freeze-drying
The results will be useful for example in disaster recovery of records.
