David and Leanne Atkinson
David is an Optometrist and Leanne is a School Counselor. David and Leanne met through their shared interest in diving, marine biology and underwater photography. They have been married since 1989 and have one child. Both have been taking underwater photos since 1982.
David started using a Nikonos III and Leanne started using a Nikonos IVA but now both are using housed cameras and video. They dive every second weekend on average at Port Stephens. When time and money allow they explore other areas around Australia and overseas.
